# SellnBuy locality sharing for sister sites

## What sister sites can use

**Link:** Open a locality's marketplace, for example:

A country, state or district page includes listings from the localities beneath it. Cities, towns, panchayats and villages have their own pages where verified location records exist.

**Listings data:** The JSON feed gives that place's active listings, including its descendants:

**Embed:** Show a short marketplace list directly inside a sister-site page:

Use the full SellnBuy address in the iframe. A relative address would point to the sister site instead. The current embed uses a light style; `?theme=dark` is not implemented.

**Post events and listings:** Open https://sellnbuy.com/partner, continue with Google, and save your provider profile. Publish events there or use its Post a listing button. Google creates your SellnBuy member identity without a separate password. Provider names and website addresses are self-reported, not verified sister-site ownership.

The repeated Narippatta name represents two distinct records: gram panchayat and revenue village. Its relationship is supported by the Kerala Revenue Department record:

## Permanent links for integrations

Use a place's permanent ID for feeds and long-lived partner links. These continue to identify the same locality after its name or readable address changes.

For any other locality, open its page and expand **Share with partner sites** to copy its permanent link, embed code and JSON feed address.

## Feed options and safety

- `?limit=6` shows up to six listings. Accepted limits: 1–24; default: 12.
- `?type=sell` filters by activity; `?category=home` filters by category.
- Results contain active listing summaries, prices, coarse location labels, listing links and available photo links.
- Hidden listings, private account details, messages and moderation reports are excluded.
- Photo links expire after ten minutes. Cache feed results for at most 60 seconds and refresh rather than permanently saving photo links.
- Empty localities return no listings. Do not replace empty results with invented sellers or items.
- Listing links open SellnBuy; account actions take place there.

## Installation and release status

The locality pages, permanent redirects, feeds, Kerala navigation and hidden-listing exclusion were checked in the running preview on 30 October 2026.

**Publish SellnBuy before installing these production-address snippets.** Preview verification does not establish that the published domain already serves the new pages.

Partner sites have not been modified. An authorized editor must add the link or iframe to each chosen sister-site subpage, and verify that site's embedding settings. Approved origins include indias.com, app.indias.com, kerala.com and usapulse.net, with their listed www variants.

This document does not claim a complete India/worldwide locality dataset, real listings across all seven US states. Additional real listing details are still required; no extra sellers or items were invented.


Listing maps use free OpenStreetMap maps. Locality JSON feeds include an events array containing upcoming published provider events, alongside listings. Event and provider links use sellnbuy.com. Cancelled events and private owner IDs are excluded. The embed remains a listing-only display.
